Abstract: The Marine Corps Marathon Organization (MCMO) is collecting customer satisfaction data from race finishers to improve future events and enhance the public image of the Marine Corps. Additionally, the MCMO conducts a triennial economic impact study for its major races to analyze their financial effect on local communities, which helps strengthen local partnerships and negotiate better service rates.
