This collection directly supports the objectives of Title III of the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018 (Evidence Act), which mandates the establishment of a Standard Application Process (SAP) by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to facilitate secure access to confidential federal statistical data.
