There are no program changes. Adjustments to this information collection reflect a decrease in the total burden annual hours, the number of respondents and the total annual responses. Adjustments are as follows: the total annual burden hours decreased by (-128) from 288 to 160 and the total number of respondents/total annual responses decreased by (-4) from 9 to 5. These adjustments/decreases are based on the most currently available data to the Commission.
