The purpose of this information
collection is to establish generic criteria for the approval of new
cold treatment and irradiation facilities; cold treatment
schedules, and establishment of compliance agreements.

There is a program change
decrease of - 46 Respondents and -276 responses resulting in a
decrease of -139 total burden hours because of APHIS removing
several activities and moving them to a new common form information
collection. The removed activities are as follows: • PPQ Form 519,
Compliance Agreements with importers and facility operators for
fumigation in the United States • PPQ Form 519, Compliance
Agreements with fumigation treatment facilities treating articles
moved interstate from Hawaii and United States territories • PPQ
Form 519, Compliance Agreements with fumigation treatment
facilities treating articles moved interstate from areas
quarantined for fruit flies • PPQ Form 530, Limited Permit
