Abstract: The regulations (19 C.F.R. §§ 358.101-104) provide procedures for requesting the Secretary of Commerce to permit the importation of supplies, such as food, clothing, and medical, surgical, and other supplies, for use in emergency relief work free of antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CVD) duties. The regulation formally provides procedures for requesting waivers of duties on supplies for use in emergency relief work.
