The Office of Minority Health (OMH), Office of the Secretary (OS), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), requests approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend a currently approved information collection (OMB No. 0990-0407). This collection supports routine data gathering from individuals who voluntarily complete an online registration form to access e-resources and e-learning programs available through the Think Cultural Health (TCH) website.
The collected information enables OMH to administer and improve its training and educational offerings, including user access, program delivery, and performance monitoring. This activity is authorized under Section 1707 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. § 300u-6) and supports OMHâs statutory mandate to advance cultural competency in health care and related services.

Our estimated burden for the information collection reflects an overall increase of 10,576 hours and a corresponding increase of 217,784 responses. We attribute this adjustment to the number of TCH responses used during the current approval and now estimated for the next 3 years. As a result, we have adjusted our burden estimate and revised the number of respondents to the information collection.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
