Abstract: Form 15693 will be used to apply to be an authorized e-file provider within the Federal and State e-file programs. A State, Local, or Territorial (SLT) Government agency will complete Form 15693 to participate in an IRS e-Service program. The form will also be used to update an application for the e-Service program and manage the Agency delegates. This form is authorized by 31 U.S.C. 330, which provides the rules and requirements for representatives practicing before the Department of Treasury and Internal Revenue Service (IRS). .
