This Information Collection Request (ICR) covers the information that lessees must submit to the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) when proposing a depreciation schedule for an inâservice fixed assetâeither because no schedule currently exists or because the existing schedule does not meet the nonâarmâsâlength allowance regulatory requirements. The ICR also addresses the information a lessee may include when claiming certain Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) platform costs as part of a transportation allowance, such as costs related to flow assurance or equipment necessary to move production into the export pipeline, as well as gasârelated compression, dehydration, and treatment costs required specifically for transportation.
