Abstract: This information is necessary for OVW to determine that grantees under the STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program comply with the statutory eligibility requirements of the Violence Against Women Act, as amended. To be eligible for funds, applicants must certify that they are in compliance with relevant requirements under 28 CFR Part 90 and 34 U.S.C. §10441, 10446-10451, and 10454.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
