Abstract: PBGC needs this information to perform its duties under 29 USC 1391(c)(5)(A). Multiemployer pension plans changing methods of allocating unfunded vested benefits among contributing employers submit the information. PBGC uses the information to decide whether the changes significantly increase the risk of loss to plan participants or PBGC.
