Short Statement: The Commission is reporting program changes/decreases to this information collection to reflect the decline in the number of filings submitted by respondents, mainly due to the obligations of one-time and on-occasion reporting requirement for access stimulation IPES providers being satisfied. Overall, the total number of respondents has decreased from 3,834 to 3,756 (-78), the total number of responses has decreased from 4,659 to 4,581 (-78) and the total annual burden hours have decreased from 171,378 to 170,314 (-1,064). Also, the Commission is reporting adjustments/decreases in the total annual costs from $604,000 to $477,800 (-$126,200) due to marketplace changes and a decline in tariff filings. No program changes are being reported.
