Short Statement: APHIS is seeking approval of a revision of a currently approved information collection request. This request is for 1,097 respondents, 149,876 estimated responses and 14,436 estimated burden hours. There are 1,026 third-party disclosure burden estimates. Program Change(s) in estimate due to Agency discretion include: There is a program change decrease of -12,571 responses resulting in a decrease of -1,043 total burden hours because of APHIS removing several activities and moving them to a new common form information collection. The removed activities are as follows: • APHIS has amended this information collection by decreasing the number of Responses and Total Burden Hours reported decreased due to APHIS moving the PPQ Form 368 activity to the new Common Form Information Collection. Change(s) in estimate due to adjustments in estimate include: There is an adjustment increase of + 46 Responses and +46 total burden hours. • Item 1: Permits are valid for two years so the respondents for permit applications increased from 669 to 715. This resulted in +46 more responses and +46 burden hours
