Abstract: The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) requests a three-year renewal clearance for the IMLS Grant Performance Report Forms under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The agency uses standardized performance report forms for libraries, museums, and other organizations that receive funding through its competitive discretionary grant programs. The forms submitted for public review in this Notice are the Interim and Final Performance Report Forms.
