Short Statement: 1. Individual respondents' time burdens remained the same. 2. Annual responses by respondents slightly reduced since last approvals in 2023 (trend = fewer registrants registering). 3. Cost burdens (as a percentage of individuals' salaries) to the federal government increased due to the need to involve more of our FTE staff to assist respondents with registering, requiring significant higher levels of IT ticket coordination with our technical support staff.
