Agency Information Collection: Discretionary Grant Programs Using the Generic Application Package
AGENCY: Department of Education (ED), Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development

SUMMARY:
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 3501 et seq.), ED is submitting a change request to add two new programs that will be using the Generic Application Package information collection (1894-0006) as outlined in this memo. The Department has assessed the proposed changes and believe that they have minimal impact on respondent burden.
1. Name of Agency Information Collection
This non-substantive change request adds the Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration Grant Program Application and the School Based Mental Health Application. to the list of programs using the generic application package.
