Abstract: NASA’s Office of the Chief Health and Medical Officer (OCHMO), in conjunction with the Johnson Space Center (JSC) Flight Medicine Clinic (FMC), is carrying out the TREAT Astronauts Act, which requires collecting information from former astronauts and former payload specialists to provide needed treatment. The information also helps build a knowledge base on the effects of spaceflight and identify gaps in services that support medical monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions associated with human space flight.
