Abstract: On March 26, 2026, the Commission adopted A Direct Final Rule, FCC 26-16, in GN 25-133. With this rule the Commission eliminated 47 CFR § 1.2110(n), a rule requiring a designated entity file an annual report, FCC Form 611-T. The Commission determined this information is already captured through other mechanisms, and the annual filing is no longer necessary. We therefore request approval to revise collection 3060-1092 to remove FCC Form 611-T. The FCC Form 609-T which is also part of this collection is being retained.
