The Commission is submitting this information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the information collection requirements for three years that were included in the December 2019 Paperwork Reduction Act submission to OMB control number 3060-1167.
The Commission has re-evaluated the existing burdens associated with this information collection since the last time this information collection was reviewed and approved by OMB and, therefore, makes the following adjustments:
(a) The Commissionâs estimate for the total annual number of respondents has increased by -483 respondents, from 3,541 to 4,024 annual number of respondents;
(b) The Commissionâs estimate for the total annual number of responses has increased by +5,950 responses, from 42,106 to 48,056 annual number of responses;
(c) The Commissionâs estimate for the total annual burden hours has decreased by -30,812 hours, from 120,999 to 90,187 annual burden hours; and
(d) The Commissionâs estimate for the total annual cost has decreased by -$3,000, from $17,800 to $14,800 annual cost.
There are no program changes.
