Short Statement: APHIS is seeking approval of a revision of a currently approved information collection request. The currently approved burden for this request is 1,871 total annual respondents, 32,546 total annual responses and 10,390 total annual burden hours. This request for a renewal and revision is for 14,860 respondents, 95,060 estimated responses and 30,930 estimated burden hours. There are no third-party disclosure burden estimates. Change(s) in estimate due to Agency discretion include: There is a program changes increase of +62,514 responses resulting in an increase of +20,540 burden hours. • APHIS has combined all uses of the forms in this collection into one universal “common forms” package. Uses of these forms were formerly spread over six different collection packages. Change(s) in estimate due to adjustments in estimate include: • There is an adjustment of +12,989 respondents.
