The currently approved burden for this request is 22 total annual respondents, 20 total annual responses and 60 total annual burden hours. This request for renewal and revision is for 11 respondents, 20 estimated responses and 30 estimated burden hours. This request reflects a decrease of -11 respondents, a decrease of -20 estimated responses and a decrease of -30 hours of estimated burden from the previous renewal request.
