This information collection pertains to solicitation and contract requirements for information that the offeror/contractor must submit to DoD or a third party in response to the requirements of DFARS 225 and 225.225. These requirements predominantly implement domestic source restrictions and trade agreements/memoranda of understanding, or Defense Trade Cooperation treaties.
The respondent burden and cost estimates are revised based on use of current data and the removal of requirements associated with Afghanistan. Use of current hourly rates resulted in an increase in the total costs.
