Justification for De Minimis Changes for:
Appointment Scheduling Calendar (ASC)
OMB No. 0960-0828
ASC De Minimis Changes for the 1.2 Release
• Change #1: We are making the following changes to the ASC Privacy Act Statement:
1. We are changing the presentation of the ASC Privacy Act Statement from in-full on screen to a discretionary hyperlink that will link to a separate page displaying the Privacy Act Statement.
2. We are moving the placement of the Privacy Act Statement from appearing on the page before “Customer Information” to directly below it.
3. We removed the Terms of Service from the screen that includes the Privacy Act Statement, as it appears in the previous screen.
Justification #1: We are making these revisions to make it easier for respondents to view the Privacy Act (through the link), and faster for the respondents to access the appointment scheduling screens.
We will implement this De Minimus change on July 25, 2026.
