Abstract: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Automated Technology Licensing Application System (ATLAS), on the Technology Transfer (T2) Portal, is the Agency’s online platform through which companies can discover NASA-owned intellectual property for potential licensing and commercialization. Applicants submit licensing requests directly through the ATLAS system using electronic forms.
