On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and Wednesday, August 26, 2026, OMS staff had a video conference
with Susan Gaffney, Executive Director, NAMA. Among other things, the meeting participants discussed
a 60-Day Collection Notice issued by the Commission pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
related to the registration of municipal advisors. 1
