Abstract: DoD is replacing legacy DD Form 882 to meet Bayh-Dole Act reporting requirements for federally funded inventions. The new structure separates reporting by classification: DD Form 882-R covers unclassified annual and close-out compliance checks through iEdison. DD Form 882-C covers classified subject inventions and subcontracts through secure channels.
