Abstract: The FTC requests renewed OMB approval for the generic clearance to collect qualitative feedback from the public regarding agency service delivery. The FTC will collect, analyze, and interpret information gathered through this generic clearance to identify strengths and weaknesses of current services and make improvements in service delivery based on feedback.

Short Statement: The FTC requests approval for a total of 3,426 cumulative burden hours over the course of the three-year renewal period. This is an increase from the current approval of 3,171 cumulative total hours from 2023-2026. The change in burden hours requested results from an increase in the anticipated number of collections expected over the requested three-year period for this clearance.
