Abstract: OSERS is requesting a review of non-substantive changes that remove the implementation of a Middle Eastern / North African (MENA) race category within three of its collections. The additional race category was added and approved through the PRA process, but is now being removed after further consultation. No change in burden is anticipated due to these actions. Specific changes for each form can be found in the OSERS-ICR-Non-Subtantive_group-request_10.8.2026.pdf document.
