Information Collection under AIDAR Clause 752.204-72 Access to USAID Facilities and USAID's Information Systems

USAID is publishing a final rule (RIN 0412-AA87) to revise the clause at AIDAR 752.204-72 ("Access to USAID Facilities and USAID’s Information Systems") to include submission of monthly staffing reports. This clause implements Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD) 12 procedures under FAR 52.204-9 for USAID contracts where performance requires the contractor employees to have routine physical access to USAID-controlled facilities or logical access to USAID's information systems.
