ERS is requesting to make a substantive revision to the currently approved collection by adding a one-time split panel test to assess the functioning of a redesigned survey instrument and the effect of revising some survey items on key outcomes of interest. This split panel test will be a separate data collection from the regular annual FSS data collection used to monitor the Nation’s food security.
