This regulation promulgated the policies and procedures for the Water and Waste loan and grant program (WWLG & WWPPG, 7 CFR part 1780). The Water and Waste loan and grant program provides loans and grants to fund the development of drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste disposal facilities in rural areas with populations of up to 10,000 residents. In addition, this package also includes the following: WWLG to Alleviate Health Risks for Colonias (Colonias) and on Tribal Lands (Tribal) (7 CFR part 1777), Emergency Community Water Assistance Grants (ECWAG) (7 CFR part 1778), and Grants for Rrual and Native Alaskan Village (RAVG Regular, RAVG TAT, RAVG PPG)(7 CFR part 1784).
