Customers provide information for lodging reservations via MCCS point-of-sale system. Customers include military dependents, servicemembers, federal government employees, and contractors. Information is collected by MCCS employee, who inputs data into point-of-sale system. Customers also have the opportunity to complete an optional customer-service feedback survey about their experience. A copy of the survey is included as a collection instrument.
