Unauthorized Entry into Cuban Territorial Waters

The rule (33 CFR 107) requires certain U.S. vessels, and vessels without nationality, in U.S. territorial waters that thereafter enter Cuban territorial waters to apply for and receive a permit from the U.S. Coast Guard.
