Eligibility of US-flag Vessels of 100 Feet or Greater in Registered Length to Obtain a Fishery Endorsement

OMB 2133-0530

The American Fisheries Act of 1998 requires owners of vessels of 100' who wish to obtain a fishery endorsement to file an Affidavit of U.S. Citizenship. MARAD uses the information to determine compliance.
