This information collection is necessary, and would be used by, the Commission to evaluate a derivative clearing organization’s compliance with the financial resource reporting requirements prescribed in the Commodity Exchange Act and the Commission’s regulations. Respondents are derivatives clearing organizations that registered with the Commission.
