Part 50.55a of title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), “Codes and Standards,” specifies technical information and data to be provided to the NRC or maintained by applicants and licensees so that the NRC may take determinations necessary to protect the health and safety of the public, in accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
