Abstract: THE FORM ALLOWS SURVIVORS ANNUITANTS AND/OR DEPENDENT CHILDREN RECEIVING ANNUNITIES TO APPLY FOR THE MINIMUM ANNUITY UNDER P.L. 93-273.
