Abstract: THE POULTRY PRODUCTS INSPECTION ACT PROVIDES FOR THE INSPECTION OF ALL POULTRY AND POULTRY PRODUCTS MOVING IN COMMERCE AND IN THOSE STATES DESIGNATED UNDER SECTION 5 OF THE ACT. UNDER THE ACT CERTAIN INFORMATION IS REQUIRED OF THE REGULATED AGENCY FOR RECORDKEEPING, STATISTICAL ANALYSIS AND REPORTING PURPOSES.
