Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (P.L. 93-383, 88 STAT. 633). SUBMITTED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY TO OBTAIN APPROVAL OF UTITLITY COSTS TO USE IN ESTIMATING MAXIMUM MONTHLY RENTAL. NEEDED BY HUD TO ASSURE SELECTION OF THE MOST ECONOMICAL UTILITIES, FUELS, RELATED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND METHODS OF PURCHASE OF PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS.
