Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (P.L. 93-383), 88 STAT. 633) SUBMITTED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENC TO OBTAIN APPROVAL OF UTILITY COSTS TO USE IN ESTIMATING MAXIMUM MONTH RENTAL. NEEDED BY HUD TO ASSURE SELECTION OF THE MOST ECONOMICAL UTILITIES, FUELS, RELATED MECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AND METHODS OF PURCHASE OF PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS.
