Abstract: APPLICANTS REQUESTING MEAT GRADING SERVICE, USE MQ FROM 313, APPLICATION FOR MEAT GRADING OR ACCEPTANCE SERVICE, TO APPLY. THIS FORM IDENTIFIES THE SERVICE REQUESTED, PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT APPLICANT'S FINANCIAL INTEREST, GIVES THE LEGAL STATUS OF APPLICANT, AND OBTAINS THE APPLICANT'S AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY FEDERAL MEAT GRADING REGULATIONS.
