Abstract: THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE STATES AS A RESULT OF THIS FORM IS PRIME IMPORTANCE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN DEVELOPING COST TRENDS FOR LABOR, MATERIAL, AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES. THESE COSTS TRENDS ARE ESSENTIAL SO THAT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS CAN BE INITIATED BY DEVELOPING NEW TECHNIQUES CONCERNING THE LABOR, EQUIPMENT, OR MATERIAL AREAS.
