Abstract: THIS REPORT PROVIDES PREVAILING WAGE INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE INTERSTATE CLEARANCE ORDERS AND TO COMPLETE THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS INVOLVING FOREIGN FARM LABOR. REQUIRED UNDER SETTLEMENT OF THE JUDGE RICHEY COURT ORDER (CIVIL ACTION NO. 2010-72), THE REPORT COVERS THE RECRUITMENT OF INTERSTATE AS WELL AS INTERSTATE MIGRANTS. SPECIFICALLY, WHEN 100 OR MORE OF EITHER OF THE ABOVE GROUP IS EMPLOYED IN AN AREA, NOW A PREVAILING WAGE SURVEY MUST BE PERFORMED
