Abstract: (USED BY 706 AGENCIES TO PROCESS CHARGES IN WORK SHARING AND DUAL FILING AGREEMENT.) THE PURPOSE OF THE FORM IS TO ASSIST PERSONS WHO BELIEVE THEY HAVE BEEN AGGRIEVED TO FILE CHARGES OF UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES WITH THE COMMISSION.
