Abstract: THE MILIS TRIAL IS TO ASSESS THE POSSIBLE THERAPEUTIC EFFICACY OF TWO DRUG REGIMENS-PROPRANOLOL AND HYALURONIDASE, ADMINISTERED WITHIN EIGHTEEN HOURS OF THE ONSET OF SYMPTOMS OF PRESUMED MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION-UPON SEVERAL INDICES OF EXTENT OF INFARCTION MEASURABLE DURING THE ACUTE ILLNESS AND IN A SIX MONTH FOLLOW-UP PERIOD AND TO ASSESS THE POSSIBLE INFLUENCE OF THESE THERAPIES UPON MORTALITY.
