Abstract: THE ACT OF APRIL 12, 1926 (77 STAT. 272), AS AMENDED BY PART IV OF THE FOREIGN ASSISTANCE ACT OF OCTOBER 8, 1968 (PL 90-554, 82 STAT. 960) LIMITS THE AMOUNT OF UNPROCESSED TIMBERS WHICH MAY BE SOLD FOR EXPORT FROM FEDERAL LANDS LOCATED WEST OF THE 100TH MERIDIAN.
