Abstract: SECTION 6 OF THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT AND SECTION 9 OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT REQUIRE RAILROAD WMPLOYERS TO REPORT SERVICE MONTHS AND COMPENSATION FOR EACH EMPLOYEE TO THE BOARD AS NEEDED FOR ADMINISTERING THE ACTS.
