Abstract: REQUIRED BY SECTION 709(C) OF TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964. THIS REPORT IS DESIGNED TO COLLECT DATA ON EMPLOYER DIRECTED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS.
