Abstract: FSQS FOOD INSPECTORS USE THE MP-408 TO CONTROL THE MOVEMENT OF UNMARKED, INSPECTED MEAT AND POULTRY PRODUCTS IN COMMERCE. IF FSQS DID NOT HAVE THE FORM, INDUSTRY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE LARGE BULK SHIPMENTS BETWEEN FEDERALLY INSPECTED PLANTS WHERE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PROCESSING MIGHT BE CHEAPER.
