Abstract: IN COMPLYING WITH SECTION 2(B) OF P.L. 93-247, AS AMENDED, NCCAN IS CONDUCTING AN EVALUATION OF DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS; A VARIETY OF TREATMENT SERVICE IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES FOR IDENTIFYING TECHNIQUES AND PROGRAMS SHOWING PROMISE OF SUCCESS.
