SENT TO PRODUCERS, IMPORTERS AND PURCHASERS PROVIDES PART OF THE
STATISTICAL BASE FOR SUCH DETERMINATIONS. INVESTIGATIONS CAN RESULT
IN IMPOSITION OF IMPORT DUTIES OR OTHER FORM OF RELIEF TO DOMESTIC
INDUSTRY
